It's tagged with futa on pixiv though it does look more like a dildo then a penis

does the tag from pixiv come from the artist ? or maybe someone edited ?

Wasn't aware people could add tags on pixiv. I had second thoughts on whether is was a dildo or not, cheers

On Pixiv tags, the one with an asterisk are the artist-added ones. User-added do not have an asterisk.
