While I can understand that... There are a few other fur images on danbooru, too. Most of them only slightly have a furry in them. The most extreme case I can see is a picture of Renamon(s). And that one has +5 as it's score. Is it because this isn't porn and just a regular picture?

it's because it was most likely uploaded before image moderation was in place. flag it to be deleted, and it probably will be.
I find it ironic that a character from an anime-styled Japanese RPG gets called a "furry". I guess it's because I see "furry fandom" as mostly a Western thing.
