Generally speaking? The only reason anything happens around Neptune: Rule of Funny.

Pretty sure Neptune(and Compa) was freezing the first time they went to lowee in the original and re;birth 1 until IF handed out some heat packs.

On a unrelated note, funny thing about the originals and the re;births. Sold the original Neptunia off a couple months ahead of time because I intended to get re;birth 1. Only to go, "Well, shit..." upon discovering that re;birth 1 was essentially something completely different.

Sold Victory in very much the same way. But as it turns out, the copy of rebirth 3 I got to replace it was one of the broken ones. The same went for the other two I procured afterwards in hopes of finding a working copy.
