Agreed. It's a bit too formal, and it's certainly an odd thing to say (especially so politely), but the grammar and spelling are fine. (Well, I'd have used a comma instead of that first exclamation point, but I still think the tag can be removed.)

To be fair, Mimofu!Gamby seems to have an overly formal speech pattern. It kinda makes sense for her to decline "O-Sekkusu" so politely.
