umm...I see a slight problem here..fear my mind but as the horai elexier prevents from ageing and dying in the truest sense if Mokou and Kaguya were to 'mate' somehow then the baby would be affected by this immortality therefore not ageing over well...first stage of babyness? like..the one before fetus..and crap..sp..kinda really fucked baby.. >_>

I was thinking, more or less, since the most likely place the hourai elixir is processed through would be either the liver or the stomach, it would likely not affect the reproductive systems unless passed onto the child via womb-service. Which is to say, pretty likely, if the hourai elixer was not just used to make you immortal then passed straight out of your system. short version? If the hourai elixir is in the body still, then yes, that kid is an eternal child.
A very simple solution to this old problem occurs to me. Due to eternal bodies, they couldn't experience a successful pregnancy, but why not just get the help of magic to MAKE a child using the same genetics? Patch!

erm haven't you guys forgotten something? growing up and aging are 2 different things, that what we perceive as aging is the body being unable to keep functioning in higher ages, its slowly falling apart. growing up is a natural process and an eternal youth/ immortality medicine would only start to show effect around age 19+ IE whenever you finish puberty.
The Hourai Elixir's immortality is like rollback software. It keeps the subject in a constant state and forced a rollback when they change (such as being injured). So… immortality is a way to say it, but her body simply don’t change
Considering the whole "Common Sense is a weakness in Gensokyo" meme, Gensokyo's nature as a hodge-podge of fantasy elements, and the existence of Yakumo Yukari, there's probably a way for Mokuo and Kaguya to have kids (that is, of course, assuming they can bury the hatchet long enough to do so).
