Also, looking at the Pixiv sources, it quickly becomes apparent that Rosamino released this comic's currently available pages in two batches, separated by nearly a year's stretch. If this an actual pattern, then based on the second batch's release date, we should expect the next batch somewhere within this year, possibly around the next 2-3 months.

You need to check the actual Twitter feed, where the artist originally posts. The last post for this series was twitter #998920208059285504, back in 22 May 2018. The artist has made other Tegaki Draw and Tweet images since then, but only posts with the text "西住一家がやって来た" on the Tweet are part of the series.
