From the commentary, it seems the character is actually Neo Serenity, but have some aspect of FGO's Antoinette because they both have Crystal Palace. The character is Neo Serenity tho.

Character is Marie Antoinette cosplaying as Neo Queen Serenity. They look extremely similar, but the bangs belong to Marie, whereas Serenity has parted bangs.
