That's a nice sentiment, but if you're directing it toward the artist, I'm afraid that a) he probably isn't fluent in English and b) probably isn't on Danbooru either.

On the left bar, there is the source link that actually goes to the artist's Pixiv page. If you have/don't mind signing up for a (free) Pixiv account, you can try giving your encouragement there (although obviously, Rappa's Japanese, so you'll probably need to Google Translate it into Japanese... which is unreliable), or just go and give lots of "likes" on the Pixiv service to his works.
