Even SS2 would be too much for Saitama. Goku can easily destroy planets, which Saitama can only damage.

we haven't seen Saitama's full potential, for all we know he could be omniverse-level.

Saitama's power level is "whatever makes the story make sense," which -- considering the premise -- means something like "vastly superior to everyone he fights without really trying."
