that only means France and the Netherlands still win... if Belgium wins the world cup its not a win for 1 country but 2-3 (assuming Germany finally gets a piece of that living space pie)

Belgian is as French as France is Belgian. I am sure the French would rather choke on their baguettes than acknowledge a Belgian victory as French.

and yet the southern Belgium/Wallonia is as French as France and Northern Belgium/Flanders is as Dutch as the Netherlands...
heck their taxes even belong to the respective countries... AND THIS IS WHY THE WORLD MUST NEVER MAKE FRANKEN-NATIONS or you end up with potato eating waffle mongoloids that go "Wafel Wafel"
