If we have any other posts besides this one where a character is nude but wearing Tooru's specific set of boots and gloves, yes.

If a tag belongs on an image but the tag does not exist, add the tag anyway. Doing so will create the tag, with a red number 1 for the tag count if it's a general tag (useful to see that a tag may have been created by accident/typo)

Be sure to add the artist:, char(acter):, or copy(right): prefix if necessary.
