    Even more so if you are still using Windows 7 and lower.
    Us Vietnameses don't use Google's or Microsoft's input method all that much but use an input app so yeah, we need to turn it off to use English. Then toggle to whatever else language we need to use.

    P/S: Microsoft's Vietnamese input method sucks.
