If you did create this, please read this wiki, I think this is a good artwork but artists are encouraged not to upload their own work. If you have adapted another artist's work that's not encouraged. And also did you upload the picture to another site like Deviantart or Pixiv if you did make it?

The image will probably be rejected then for being a third-party modification. Can you specify all the source material used?

"Edit" -> "Source" form.
"Source" means link (preferably direct) where picture is taken from. AFAIK Danbooru can process some things for you automatically from sites such as Pixiv, DeviantArt and Twitter.
This may help you do uploads in general.
