It was only in the side material book. IIRC someone installed the 120mm smoothbore cannon, forgetting the rules still exist, and they can only use AP and HE.
Still, the IS-7/260's gun is pretty much able to punch through effectively any tank it'll see but it'd be funnier to see the Germans field a Lowe or skirt the rules with the Pz IV weapon carrier packing the 12.8cm gun or the Americans field the T30 with a 155 because reasons
