(I think it's amusing that she quite likely is fascinated by the panties themselves, rather than what's underneath them. Headcanon backstory: Itoko had taken up residence in a department store and they called Reiga in to exorcise her.)

His upload times vary between early morning JST and late evening JST. This time it was like 2am PST or so.
