Are these really edits or did Hirasaka Makoto secretly post these on that blog? Either way that blog post in the source is seriously dangerous if you're a Clownpiece fan. Those variants of her are amazing, she certainly is the lewdest fairly.
Was thinking about uploading more of those but not sure how Danbooru would feel about what looks to be a bunch of third party edits. Chanced it with these first three since I thought they were pretty cute and sexy, might post a few more later.
Looking at this one I'm a little disappointed that there isn't a version with the white pantyhose she wears in Hirasaka's original work for that outfit. We really need more of this leotard wearing Clownpiece I'm especially holding out hope for such a work by Ke-ta, we all know how well he can draw Clownpiece.

I presume the percentages are meant to be read as percentages of the total arts of that character which are R-18, not percentages of the total lewds given to each character. Hence, a new character with only 1 art that is R-18 will be 100%.
That also leads to why the most famous and most frequently used in comic, not adult, pieces, Cirno, is the lowest ranking. Cirno probably has an order of magnitude more art than any of them, so she'd have more lewds total, but the percentage is nevertheless much lower.
It's kind of sad, though, as Luna's my favorite of the fairies, and before KC dumped destroyers on me, was top of the list for Daughteru Adoption, which always made the lewding annoying.

Like NWSiaCB points out, it is only percentages. But I do agree with you and say I was joking for the most part. Luna had according to that chart, 400 R-18 pictures when it was made in the long time she has been out. Compared to Clownpiece who already had 318. Going to Pixiv now, looking up Clownpiece and hitting that R-18 section, she has 470 now where Luna has been toppled in amount with current 447. So really who cares? It is a matter of which artist takes a liking to seldom drawn character and decides to only drawn porn of that character. If someone had a shit ton of free time, they could place some common enemy with only a few pictures drawn, at 99% on that chart if they started now and produced a few thousand pictures that were all lewd.
Lily Black is one of the least drawn characters on that "chart". If 1279 lewd pictures of her were magically uploaded of her right now, she would be at 50% on that lolchart but come nowhere near someone like Reimu with over 7000 R-18 pictures, but only at 5%
