The "Nyotaika" and "Zeroko" pixiv tags confirm it's a genderswap of Zero. I can certainly see where you'd get Alia from this, however. (Although, her hair never got that long, did it..? Haha, I'm not terribly knowledgable about the Megaman series.)
OscarX and Zaku Zelo are both incorrect. It is labled as genderswap cause thats what it is. It is suppose to be Zero as a female duh! firstly you don't see the Z on the shoulder cause of the fact the arms are bound. So it is NOT Alia and damn sure nor Iris since she had brown hair. Not blonde.
I think the reason for the missing shoulder Z is that what we are seeing is the shoulder joint underneath. The Rectangular shoulder piece is most likely armor or for decoration. Let's ask him. Hey Zero, are those rectangular shoulders part o' your body?
