As long as there was no third picture where Remilia was back to helping Sakuya get dressed, because she was too old and feeble to do it herself anymore. Each to their own but I hate depressing stuff like that. Even if it's a tragic point --- that can veer into the artist's unconscious cruelty --- I too get miserable after been affected by such images. Graves are bad enough, but future wheelchairs etc. are much more depraved.

Depends on what the mirror's backed with (and which vampire mythos you're going with). If it's something other than silver (e.g., most modern glass mirrors are backed with aluminum; it's much cheaper), usually isn't an issue.
