Practice, trying to get back on track. 
Tights and tails probably don't mix well. Does it just bump up against the tail base or do they get custom tail-holes made? I assume they tear quite a bit trying to get the tail through.
Or maybe a wizard takes care of it all and there's no practical problems ever.
