Dangling emphasizes breast size a LOT. Even men who otherwise look pretty normal can have man-boobs when prone... like me, lol.
Sure, but the way the breasts are shaped in the first panel doesn't look like it matches up with the breasts drawn in the fourth panel. If they did match up, the breasts in the first panel would noticeably sag.
