    For a second there I thought he was one of those "super nice ikemen murderer" kind of OC, but the wine glass is dripping too, so it's probably just spilled drink gone wrong.

    No, you're probably right. This is not a case of misleading thumbnail, that red liquid IS blood. The viscosity of wine is closer to that of water, so if those are indeed red wine, they won't drip like that, instead flows normally. The 'drips' on the glass, too, are too small amount to be considered wine.
