This is the Arsenal Bird Justice, which would be shot down near the Space Elevator by the LRSSG, and it's Ace, Trigger. It was a request from Mihaly A. Shilage, who lost a fight prior to this battle and asked "the Pilot with the Three Strikes" to put a stop to the drone production.
