Its not really incest since they aren't related by blood.
So it IS incest it's just not REAL incest? Because Ruby was raised to be his niece that doesn't change when everybody learns that they aren't related by blood.
I have personally blacklisted this tag and this picture to me is "real incest", it makes the blacklisting somewhat useless. And I don't know how strict this site wants to be with the definitions that each tag has. I guess I could over look it since it just a thumbnail. But maybe a moderator needs to make a decision about the tag/picture combo?
