    Maybe someone was arranging for a few to "fall off the back of the truck"? I mean, there's also no good reason a battle android would be female, have sexual organs, or even be properly humanoid instead of a slab of armor with treads/legs and sockets to jam weapons into. These are pretty much straight sex dolls, and could easily get sold as such on the black market.
