90% of everything is crap. Shonen anime, being popular, has a lot more stuff, and 90% of "more stuff" is a lot more noticeable than 90% of "a small amount of stuff".

Simple: Naruto is very, very popular and meant for teenage boys. Hence, that's the sort of thing teenage boys with no artistic skill are going to try the most to make porn out of.
