The reason this is deleted is that no one approved it before the Pixiv version came up. That's unlucky but uploading from Twitter is always a gamble I honestly would avoid as an user that can't bypass the mod queue because you really need luck that 1. the pixiv version doesn't come up and 2. that an approver is willing to approve.

However, I have no idea why 1 approver marked this as "Breaks the rules". Maybe they've slipped but there is no real reason to do so.

I'm not a fan of this, either. But I can't just go and undelete all of these images because it would make some people mad.
