Sometimes when I'm tired, Warm-and-Fuzzies Shop-san gives me some warm-and-fuzzies.
The word/sound constantly repeated is "mofu-mofu", which is an onomatopoeia for "soft", "fluffy", or generally "warm and fuzzies". Hence, it means a 'warm and fuzzy feeling', not that Hatsushimo's literally giving fuzzy candy. GomA consistently uses this term whenever Hatsushimo is in his comics.
