Why does it get tagged bikini under clothes which adds bikini if it normally would only be tagged bikini top (which doesn't implicate bikini)? It shouldn't have both, right?

Isn't the bottom part of the bikini by the likes of post #2090859 or are bikinis restricted to panty-like bottoms? Also considering tags like side-tie bikini bottom and front-tie bikini top tags have been killed in the past I don't think we need too many specific bikini_top/bottom tags.
