Anyone else here believe hit-and-runs causing death should be a capital crime? And drunk driving causing death should be at least 40 years in prison?

If people are too scared to drunk drive as a result, wonderful.
If people are too stupid to get scared, the gene pool would benefit.

Yes lets fill the prisons with more people for longer, this has worked every time we tried it before.
