Pretty sure the whole point of her design was to be a palette-swap of Jeanne. What with the whole "Jeanne D'arc of India" thing, and how popular perception of a historical or legendary figure impacts what they're like as a Servant.

It is. Her 3rd state makes her look almost exactly like Jeanne, down to the headpiece. She even acknowledges Jeanne in one of her my room lines if you have both.

She doesn't act much like Jeanne so I think it's mostly fine. At least this case of saberface makes sense unlike say Nero
