I hesitated to use "Drink(s) bar" as a translation, because, in my experience, it refers to a place where you walk up and order drinks, whether alcoholic or not. In contrast, the applied meaning of the loan phrase in Japan refers to an area in a restaurant where there are self-serve sodas, water, etc. Is the term actually used in other English-speaking countries (or even areas of the U.S. which which I'm unfamiliar) in the same way it's used in Japan, then?

(At the very least, I'm going to insist on the quotation marks; the right-angles used for punctuation in the Japanese are not equivalent to English-language brackets.)

I've recently seen videos from a Youtube channel where an American member of a cat-fostering-and-adoption group regularly used "milk bar" to refer to when a mother cat is nursing her kittens.

That being said, the Japanese Wikipedia article for ドリンクバー redirects to the English Wikipedia article for 'free refill'. Then again, the Wikivoyage article for Japan uses "drink bar" instead of "free refill", so it's probably OK to render it as is.

... On another note, in the first commentary tweet, is Himura saying that he's reminding people of things that they might have forgotten about, or that he occasionally forgets such things (like the fact that Ai-chan and Maegami-chan are neighbors)?
