Generally it's less accepted for woman to say such things because they have more to risk form random sex. A guy thinks nothing of a fling because he dosent get pregnant. He can be there and gone in an instant. a woman can end up with an 9 month medical condision followed by an 18 year (minimum) social responsibility from a signal thoughtless fling. So yes a Woman spouting off sexually can be concidered a bit more thoughtless and "slutty" than a man who generally arn't as thoughtful of the consequences.
