I was all ready to embrace the new YEECAW meme until discovering she's actually a pegasus - her last name translates as "black horse" (and omake also lists that as her species), her theme is "聖徳太子のペガサス 〜Dark Pegasus".
As for her arm she's clearly reaching for her Colt SAA.
