    I like tapioca enough that I’d drink it if I went to Taiwan, but if I had to choose, I really go for coconut milk with transparent tapioca in it.

    Tapioca has more calories than you’d think, by the way. lol

    Oh, so that's why. Around here they are known as sagu, we tend to mix then in currant or red wine to make a certain dish really good to eat in cold days or places.
