Below spoiler section relates to the story as a whole, not just up to the point the image indicates, and is suitable only for those who have played the game to completion:
Neither the characters nor the reader realize at this point in the story, but these two are actually related. Not only do they have the same father, but their mothers are sisters. In other words, this is for-real blood-related brother-sister incest. Even in Japan, eroge 'incest' is virtually always between non-blood-relatives, like the standard cliche of the sister who turns out to be adopted. And yet here we have no-legal-loophole for-real incest in a game that not only has an official English release, but has been covered a bit in the mainstream gaming media. I don't have a problem with it myself by any means, but there is a little nagging worry about this causing some legal trouble at some point.
There was a reason for the yaoi tag. In the context of the story, it's hard to watch this scene without at least -some- thoughts of it being yaoi in one's mind.
In the context of the story, I found it very difficult to think of Chris as a girl or even a 'she' in any real sense. Chris was raised as a male, acts and speaks male, publicly passes as male, and is considered by everyone in the story to be male for until quite far into the game. For all purposes except anatomical ones, Chris is a guy.
Perhaps it's because I went in honestly not knowing the 'big secret' about Chris ahead of time, but I can't believe that I'm the only one feeling like this.

That's the thing, though - this is Danbooru, where the rule is "tag what you see". Not what you know. There's tits and a vag and no penis on her, thus, no yaoi.

Fair enough, understood, and now in agreement. I just wanted to more or less apologize and say that it wasn't meant as vandalism. In hindsight, I should have just left a comment about the pic being 'almost' yaoi.

Huh. That would make them horizontal 3/4 siblings. I did research on that for a story I'm writing because I had no idea what it was called. Interesting to see someone else use it.

They having sex might not be considered incest. There's 50% genetical difference, since they only share a father.
Actually their mean consanguinity is only 15% less than actual honest-to-God siblings, being 12% closer related than half-siblings, and the degree of relationship is the same.Put a different way, they are 85% brother and sister. So for genetical purposes, there's practically no differance between this and literally boning your actual sibling.
