Not quite. The barrier refers to Marisa's bomb in SA with Nitori as a partner, and the laser refers to her bomb with Alice. I'd guess the picture was entirely aimed at SA, actually.

But I do definitely miss her Master/Final Spark bombs...

Marisa hasn't been able to use the Spark since Imperishable Night, unless you count Scarlet Weather Rhapsody.

Marisa isn't Marisa without a master spark.... if they made a Marisa F (Flandre) it'd be a spark... a Flandre spark.
