Assuming that's the standard track for most trains in Japan, 1,067 mm -- the rails being not tall enough for true narrow-gauge -- she is at least 230cm tall, not factoring in perspective. That said, we probably should assume that the rails are drawn too small individually, and it's 762 mm narrow gauge, 'cause then she's a much more believable 165cm tall. Anyway, nerd time over.
