OP could've uploaded the rest of the damn thing, instead of lazily uploading only the cover.

I WAS going to upload this and the Naka doujin when I had time over Christmas, but I'll leave it to nanami since they had to snipe the cover. They can upload and tag the whole flipping thing.

You know it's possible that all they had time for was the cover. But I guess if that is the case we may never get to see the rest of it given that they have committed the terrible act of uploading a part of it before you.

Seriously though why does it matter that they uploaded the cover and not you?

No, the cover is part of the post it was uploaded from. Just click on the source link and you'll see. The whole thing was there since the start and if he'd looked at the page (as he would've had to), it shows it's one page of 28.

If you don't want to do it right, why bother? I could've done the same except that I was going to do it right. Plus, he also didn't upload some of the ido stuff that went with the covers he posted the other day.

It's so fucking lazy, and that's what bothers me.

Sniping one page uploads? Do the job right and you're good.

Upload one page of a whole doujin and then leave it? Why bother uploading it at all, if you won't upload it completely or add it to the existing pool?

1. Sniping implies malicious intent. Especially in an age when uploader names are hidden.
2. The whole comic is in the source, technically giving the artist more attention
3. I'm not obliged to upload an image...at all.
4. Instead of complaining, you can still upload the rest.

If you upload the cover for a book, you're responsible for tagging it, adding it to the pool or creating the pool, and making sure it's complete. Especially if you've added the commentary showing it's part 3 of an existing series.

I will let them do their own work, and Just as you're under no obligation to upload, I'm under no such to cover for someone else.

You have zero responsibility for actually zone of those things. Well, except tagging the image that's uploaded.
If there's interest, then other people should upload it.

If you have added a commentary then it shows to people that they can still read the comic elsewhere, again giving the artist direct exposition. There may be no soft translation but if you want them you can also upload the actual comic on your own terms.

Except for the tagging part, none of that is true or implied in our guidelines anywhere.

Look mate you have a very good record with uploading and tagging stuff on this site. You have invested a lot of time and effort into Danbooru and as a long-time user I greatly appreciate it. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. It's true that you are under no obligation to upload stuff but your most recent posts don't sound like some who are just trying to get people to help the site or do their fair share. Your logic doesn't make a full amount of sense. The original uploader might not have much free time to work with and might have uploaded it in the hopes that other people would get the rest. They might have had a real-life interruption. There are dozens of reasons they might not have uploaded the rest of it. Furthermore, while this might not be the case this time what if a person with a limited amount of uploads left puts up some pages? Danbooru is a group project plenty of series have multiple people uploading different parts of it why are you so aggrieved about this?

Extremely sorry about that. But the damned project is taking way too long and our client is not quiting addding more stuff for us to do yet still demanding we have to keep the freaking schedule. That's why I have only been able to sit on Danbooru about 30 mins a day for all kind of stuff. Still doing translations, but yeah, just when it's short. Will try to come back to this series. It can't go untranslated.
