I haven't watched any Evangelion, so I'm not really sure about how they refer to each other in the official English versions. 「コネメガネ」 in particular has me at a loss. I can tell she's referring to Mari and that it's something she says in the show as well, but I can't find a translation of that term anywhere.

Overall, I'm having a harder time understanding the way they're speaking than I thought I would, so I'm going to just leave this for now. I might or might not come back to it later.

@kuramasu Thank you for your re-encouragement. I realized that the language used becomes much easier to understand once Makinami Mari Illustrious is no longer there, so with the exception of a few problematic bubbles, I've completed the translation. I hope you enjoy.

コネメガネ = コネ　＋　メガネ
Asuka thinks Mari only gets to pilot an Eva because she's got connections somehow.

Anyway I went through and fixed some things.

I usually see コネメガネ rendered by fans as "Connected Four-Eyes", "Favored Four-Eyes", and sometimes as "Four-Eyed Crony".

Also, IINM Rei isn't the kind of person who'd use contractions in her speech; she always struck me as rather precise and averse to slang, informal speech and the like. Then again, someone who watched the dub may know better.

Perhaps that's true in general or true in canonical works, but in the speech bubble corresponding to note #2645212, I'd say her use of 「でしょ」 is a bit informal and contracted, but certainly not uncommon in everyday speech (just like contractions in English).
