There are few characters missing. The one I was able to recognize are:
Nami: on the wave Tracer: inside the wave Varus: Shooting at Hanzo Neeko: First in line to Mei shop Katharina/Miss Fortune: Behind Neeko. Can't tell from hair color alone but I bet on Katharina Swinging Dredlock hair person from Overwatch: The music guy is last in the line, next to D.va wrist Black Widow: I think she is only woman character with blue skin color and purple hair from either Lol or Overwatch, Possible Evelynn.
Can't recognize the purple one and white one after Possible Black widow/Evelynn.
