I'd go with "Rancher-chan" since that's her actual job.

If we were to give her a character tag, I'd go with "Rancher-chan" as well.

(When she was first introduced, I had the notion of calling her Holstein-chan - the title of the strip was most likely referring to the breed of cattle, but the joke of the strip was that the cows thought of her as a sister because of her udders. But since "Holstein" hasn't come up again since, "Rancher-chan" is a more plausible option until the author gives her a name.)

According to Google, "0801" refers to 08/01 (August 1, since the Japanese number by year/month/day) declared "Oppai Day" because "0" can stand for "O", "8" for "ha" (short for hachi "8") or "pa", and "1" for "I". It's a running gag.

Strangely enough, the same article has August 2 (08/02) as "Panties Day" because "8" = "pa" and "2" = "tsu", therefore "pa(n)tsu".
