Don't know, but might be a good idea to create the tag feet/foot focus?
Because i don't know else how to tag this lower body part focus.

Pov_feet is foot/feet focus. There was some brief mention in the forums about possibly changing that to be more consistent with other focus tags, but nobody has acted on it, I think.
