I thought Fate/Grand Order had a lot of ultramodern elements kind of like Final Fantasy 13 did.
Sort of yes but they're very out of focus. The closest you're going to get to Blade Runner in Fate is probably the Shinjuku singularity, 90% of the story is spent time travelling to older time periods, not really near future or sci-fi stuff. Fate/Extra is more ultramodern what with the digital magic and even then the inside of the Moon Cell is less like Blade Runner and more like Digimon.

And the outside is totally stagnant not at all Cyberpunk, hell something screwed with history and we never reached the moon,
