Thanks. I was going to say the same thing earlier. Very much a Pyramid Head killer type character. Appears anywhere, wields a super-powerful weapon, monstrous humanoid, extra strong, mysterious killer with specific objectives nobody can understand. Only need to add "may possibly be a figment of the otter team's strained psyche" and you have a pretty damn close match. Even more so with the setting and presentation.
So you saying that fine with the trained rats dying? Hmm oh well
I mean, that's the reason they keep them. At the end of the day, the rats are expendable so that they don't waste more Otter clones than are needed and maximize what they can get out of an expedition. Not really any different from taking a canary into a coal mine. If it lives, great! If not, well, at least it wasn't you biting the dust instead.
