The two hearts above them indicate that they are in love and so this a yuri picture (without those I would not have added yuri in the first place).

Nope, the wiki is wrong. There has to be actual sex going on (might be subtle, but has to be there) for it to be yuri.

I think when he said there should be 'sex' going on, he meant 'some kind of romantic interaction'. I.E, something that tells us the girls are more than just friends.
