Are you sure it's not a Wacom Cintiq or something similar?
No, I'm not sure; I was going off the tags (I didn't tag it). It could well be. I've never seen one of those, and the thing in the picture does look an awful lot like a phone.
That's not a phone, that's definitely a Cintiq. What the hell, why can't "phone" be removed?
Because "phone" is implicated by "cellphone" which in turn is implicated by "smartphone". Removing an implicated tag requires removing the implicator, AFAIK.
I noticed recently a growing trend of interrupting people who are trying to take the film of a new phone screen I am assuming this is either a giant phone or they shrunk themselves to take the film of more carefully
I'm not so concerned about the phone. Why are they naked?
They're putting a giant screen protector on the whatever-it-is and they're trying to maintain dust integrity. (This is also presumably why they're so annoyed that the POV character is approaching.)

And there's an actual benefit to doing that without any clothes on, is there? Like, I have heard that applying a screen protector to a device in the bathroom just after you've had a shower is a good idea if you can manage it, but I kinda figured that had more to do with air humidity making the dust less sticky...
