Yeah, the artist didn't include it in the commentary, but the theme for that particular one-hour draw was "graduation". So basically, her senpai (Darjeeling, Assam) are graduating and she's sad about it. If you click the dated hashtag for that one-hour draw, you'll see a whole bunch of other pictures with the "graduation" theme.

It's sad when you think about that. Many team will graduate or will be broken by people graduating. I don't want team Leopon to be separated :'(
