Honestly, while she has potential, she isn't very yandere. Only in the event she debuted in did she say something truly yandere-ish. Overall, she's just insecure and afraid of being seen as useless, which makes her jealous of other maids, which results in some questionable lines. However, there isn't actually much indication that she's really a yandere.
But I'm not surprised that many think of her as one, considering some even call Atago, who merely shows a possessive streak, a yandere.
But maybe that's simply what people want. With Roon, many focus too much on her yandere trait, despite it being "merely" an extension of her generally violent, psychotic nature, which contrasts with how nice and friendly she is otherwise. But her main aspects tend to get downplayed in favor of making her basically a German Akagi.

well Dido is comparing herself to Belfast, the best maid over all, Sirius the second best Bodyguard after Belfast, Sheffield, the best infiltrator, and London the second best chambermaid after Belfast. So there is some justification for her desperate desire to be seen as useful.
A twisted desire to either keep people sick or make them sick so they will constantly be dependent of her.
She looks and act relatively harmless but can be quite the twisted little monster if pushed hard enough or if she laser focuses on you.
So basically textbook Münchausen syndrome by proxy.
