I played that super bubblegummy Magikarp Jump game a year ago, as a transition drug coming down off Pokemon GO. I try not to keep brainless time-suck games on my phone for long but every once in a while they’re nice to sink into.

Anyway, I applaud Magikarp Jump for doing what is nearly never allowed in official pokemon stuff– color variations! It was great to see a bunch of flavors of ‘karp, really hope they do more with that kind of thing in the future! A lot of these are from that game, with a few I made up. Spot the gyarados ones!
