Hang in There, Kogasa-san 3452
Whenever the breaker tripped for whatever mysterious reason, I was usually the one who reset it. There were maybe a few times someone else did it.
I lived there for four years, but I never met anyone else on my floor aside from an elderly lady. I'd often hear pounding on the walls from my next-door neighbor when I was gaming. Next door would also often leave the TV on while they slept, and the high-pitched whine it would make when the broadcast day ended would come through the walls and grate on my ears. I wanted to bang on the wall myself, but it was the middle of the night, so I couldn't. :-)
